Builds the sbsd body that Akamai expects alongside the sensor on some sites. Read the values from the page’s bootstrap, send them here, and post the returned body to the site’s sbsd endpoint.
This method is not tied to the hosted /sensor site list — you pass the values from the page, so the same endpoint serves smiles.com.br and smiles.com.ar. For Smiles Argentina, include the session’s userAgent and the page url.
